As your Health Coach I will be your wellness coach and nutrition coach and we will work around using food as medicine to support longevity, energy, mental clarity, happiness, and so much more by getting to the root cause of the issue and solving it right from there. I am AFMC certified functional medicine coach and IIN health coach and nutrition coach who is trained not to treat symptoms but to treat right from the root cause. We will work holistically with personal training, Yoga and sound healing.

A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness expert to help you feel your best. A functional medicine approach treats from root cause and gives individualized food & lifestyle changes. It inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential.

Health coaching is great for anyone ready and inspired to make changes in their life but unsure of how to get started. I will take the time to listen to your unique concerns and help you identify goals, strategies and solutions that work for you. There is no “one size fits all” approach to health. I will help you navigate the world of contradictory nutritional advice to identify exactly what will work for your body and your needs.

While I myself follow a mainly plant-based diet, I recognize that we are all different, our bodies are different, our taste buds are different, our social and economic circumstances are different. I believe in “bio- individuality”. What works for one person may not work for another and through my studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition am knowledgeable in over 100 different dietary theories. I work with my clients to find the specific foods that make them feel their most vibrant and energetic self.

No, I work with many clients who have no major issues but simply want to learn how to eat healthier and incorporate more vegetables into their diets. I also work with clients who feel good as is, but want to find ways to feel even better! Of course when they have a health concern they will benefit unbelievably well too.

We will mutually set our goals and achieve them focusing on your primary food as well as secondary food which we will discover in our journey together. Aim is the correct balance of all areas of our Circle of Life such as career, finance, spirituality, health, physical activity, joy, home cooking, social life etc. The idea is to play a crucial role to improve your health and happiness and, through that process, create a ripple effect that transforms the world.
